Whether you have just been injured or suffer from chronic pain, the first step in determining the reason of your discomfort is injury assessment. Several things can cause discomfort. The most crucial step is to identify the cause of the problem so that rehabilitation may begin.

Sports rehabilitation

In order to heal from an injury, sports rehabilitation focuses on reducing pain, enhancing range of motion, getting you back to your sport, and avoiding further injuries. Sports massage, exercise rehabilitation, dry needling, and dry cupping therapy could be included in this session.

Sports massage

Sports Massage aims to get the muscles ready for rigorous exercise. It is also utilised to aid in the recovery of muscles following demanding exercise or injury. Stretches and more manual therapy are used around the joints during this form of treatment to increase range of motion and improve flexibility.
